Every detail counts. Every corner has a story, and every piece of furniture has a thoughtful artisan behind it.
Nestled on a cobblestone street in Centro, Delphine is located an easy 10 minute walk from our city’s most famous landmark La Parroquia, and a 6 minute walk to Fábrica La Aurora, a cultural arts and design center. We are close enough to the action but far enough away from the hustle.

ABOUT AMANDA
Amanda’s concept was to create a luxurious place to stay and unwind with a beautifully curated community dining table for guests to enjoy conversation and revelations with fellow travelers, and a uniquely blue lobby which gives a pop of color and style.
Here is an interview on what brought her to SMA, and what made her open the hotel.
ECO ETHOS
Casa Delphine pursues an eco-conscious ethos, reducing its paper needs and dependence on plastics, and using glass bottles and glass containers whenever possible. The hotel is 99% vegan-excepting only milk, butter, and eggs if a guest requests it for their breakfast.
Casa Delphine strives to supports its community by buying local, and hosting pop up events for local retailers, artists, designers, and pop up dinners with local chefs.
